Urban Decay Naked Palette

I have the Naked 2 palette by Urban Decay so I thought I would try the Naked palette as there is some colors in there I would use a lot. Naked is the original of the 3 palettes brought out by Urban Decay and features 12 colors in a mix of matte and shimmers. The colors in this palette range from really pale neutrals to darker browns, bronzes, golds, black and gray.

Like the Naked 2 palette this one comes with a double ended brush and samples of the Primer Potion. The packaging is a bit different to Naked 2 and has a velvety feel to it. This normally sells for £38.00 at all Urban Decay locations.

The brush is really good for applying the color to your eyes. It's exactly the same as the one in the Naked 2 palette, it's always great to have another one.

The great thing about these Naked palettes is the quality. All of the colors are really pigmented and have a really nice soft texture to them. Even the mattes are not dry and go on great. There are colors in this palette for everyone. I'm more of a dramatic color person so the darker browns, bronzes, golds and black are what I will use the most. My favorite colors in this palette are - Half Baked, Smog, Darkhorse, Hustle, Creep and Gunmetal. I was able to create some fab looks with most of the colors. The palest color in this palette is Virgin. I used this as a highlighter under my brows.

All of the colors I used stayed on all day and didn't crease or fade. Blending the colors together was really easy and because they were so pigmented, it didn't take me long to get intense color.
